Essential Oils

One of the ways I try to keep healthy is through the use of essential oils, whether it’s topically, aromatically, or internally. I have had great success using them with a diffuser, in the bath, on my belly when I was pregnant to help prevent stretch marks (I don’t have any!) or to uplift your mood, make you more focused, or help you relax after a hard day.
