About Me

Hi, I’m Kimberley!

I was introduced to Naturopathy when I was in my teens.  Ever since then, I have lived my life in a more natural way, rather than a medical way.  I have also been a very active person all of my life – playing on several sports teams, being a certified lifeguard, and participating in many different types of fitness, so studying Kinesiology in University was a natural fit. However, I also had a passion for food, so my career took me on the path of hospitality for many years – this included having two of my own companies – one catering, and one a natural foods company.  My career has come full circle now, as I am excited to be back into movement and fitness.

My mother was a Social Worker, which meant my brother and I were always around seniors growing up.  Thanks to those wonderful years, I have a natural, genuine rapport with seniors whom I admire and respect. My latest role in a retirement home has been my favourite so far, and it was only natural for me to further my career in this rewarding field.

In addition to having a Degree in Kinesiology, I am a certified Seniors’ Fitness Instructor and Bone Fit Trainer (providing exercise for those with osteoporosis). I am also an Ageless Grace Educator (a brain health fitness program).

As with anything I take on, I have a strong sense of passion and am dedicated to bringing movement and improved health benefits to everyone I am fortunate to work with. I look forward to keeping you active throughout your journey in life.

I hope you’ll join me!

With my warmest wishes,

Kimberley
